Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer at our Covenant Health Lethbridge Sites! Our most valuable resource are those individuals who commit their time and energy into improving the quality of life of those we serve.
Volunteer Resources at Covenant Health- Lethbridge brings the community and citizens of Southern Alberta into our facilities. Volunteers are of all ages and come from all walks of life, each bringing special gifts and talents that enhance the care and well being of all residents.
WHAT DO VOLUNTEERS DO?
Volunteers have a dynamic impact on the lives of residents, patients and staff at St. Michael’s Health Centre. Volunteers will work closely with staff, depending on their area of interest.
A few of the specific roles you may play as a volunteer are:
* Recreation Assistant * Entertainer * Workshop Leader * Friendly Visitor * Appointment Chaperone (No vehicle required) * Palliative Care Support * Story Collecting Project * Special Events/Fundraising Projects * Meal Time Assistant/Hydration Visits *

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
* All volunteers must be 14 years of age or older to volunteer independently. Children under the age requirement can volunteer when accompanied by a parent, guardian or teacher.
