For interested investigators, please complete a Letter of Intent that reflects your project. This letter will be submitted to Covenant Health Lethbridge along with the following forms to be completed:
Research Proposal Form
Custodian Agreement Form
All research projects will be reviewed by the Covenant Health Research Centre and must receive written approval prior to proceeding.
